Do you combine shipment?
Yes, I always combine shipment when it is safe to do so and refund the excess shipping fees back. You can save a lot of money with purchase of more than one item. For example, several baskets that can be nested into one.
Do you refund me if I received damaged merchandise?
I don't. Your package is shipped with insurance. So in case you are the one out of hundreds customer that received damaged item in shipment, you can file a claim as "Addressee" . You need to bring it to the local carrier office (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) including the packaging material, original box with shipping label and copy of Your Etsy Purchase (email you recieved from Etsy when you made the purchase) to prove the total value (including taxes and shipping fees). Rest assure that your item is always packaged with care but thing does happens one out of hundreds.
